8 Circuits of the Brain

Time and time again I return to reading Prometheus Rising by Robert Anton Wilson. This book never ceases to intrigue me about how the human mind has evolved into what it is today. In this thrilling novel Wilson goes over in detail about Timothy Leary's model of the 8 circuits of the brain and their function in ancient and modern day culture; Also projecting theories of mind evolution on what the future possibly holds. Although I've yet to finish reading this book I still go over and reread certain chapters that really intrigue me in an attempt to fully understand the knowledge that Wilson is attempting to bestow upon us. Anyone who is reading this blog that is interested in understanding psychology, philosophy, occult mysticism, or any other types of mystical/existential beliefs in connection to science and history should definitely check this book out.
